How do I find my size?
US sizes 7 to 13. Measure the inside of a ring you already wear on the same finger and match it to the size guide. Between sizes? Go up one. The ring should pass the knuckle with slight resistance.
Which phones does it work with?
iPhones on iOS 8.0 or later and Android phones on 5.1 or later, over Bluetooth, through the free QRing app.
How long does the battery last?
The maker rates a full charge at up to 10 days. The charging case in the box tops the ring up on the go, and the case charges over the included USB cable.
Can I shower or swim with it?
It is not rated for water by the maker, so take it off before showering, swimming or washing up.
Is this a medical device?
No. Heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep and activity readings are for general wellness and fitness, not for diagnosis or treatment.
